1. Educational & Informational Purpose

All content, diagnostic assessments, video essays, protocols, and study frameworks provided by The Deep Work Hub are intended strictly for educational and personal performance optimization purposes.

2. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All original curriculum materials, concept frameworks (including Whole-Part-Whole learning models, OFF-Rest timing architectures, and proprietary concept map templates), video essays, text, graphics, and audio compositions are the exclusive intellectual property of The Deep Work Hub.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our materials for your own personal development.

3. Community Code of Conduct

Members participating in The Deep Work Collective community (including daily silent coworking rooms on Zoom, discussion boards, and live workshops) agree to maintain a professional, supportive, and harassment-free environment.

Silent coworking rooms are strictly reserved for focused, silent work. Microphones must remain muted during focus blocks.
Spamming, unsolicited commercial solicitation, and disrespectful conduct are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of community access without refund.

4. Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS)

By opting in to receive SMS text updates, you acknowledge and agree that message frequency varies based on active coworking sprint schedules and releases. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact our support team.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions

Any future purchases of digital courses, workshop enrollments, or community subscriptions will be processed securely through authorized payment gateways (such as Stripe). Refund policies and cancellation terms for specific digital products will be clearly specified at checkout.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Deep Work Hub or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website, tools, or community resources.
